Maintenance Technician (Part-time):
We are seeking a year-round, part-time Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep of our facilities. Essential job functions include:
- Repairs and upkeep to all structures owned by Skycroft
- Maintain safety standards and building codes
- General plumbing, electrical, carpentry and finish work
- General maintenance and some custodial services
- Groundskeeping and snow removal
The ideal candidate has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance, construction or similar field.
Other essential qualifications include basic skills in mechanics, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical and knowledge of practices, materials and equipment commonly used in building trades.
Flexible work schedule, 25-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

We’re looking for seasonal lifeguards that currently hold a Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED certification or are able to obtain one by the beginning of the season (Memorial Day). This position will be responsible for monitoring pool activities and ensuring the safety of pool guests by preventing or responding to all aquatic emergencies. Applicants that are strong swimmers and enjoy being outside should apply!
Must have reliable transportation and be able to work some weekends.

The housekeeping team provides a clean, safe and welcoming environment, allowing Skycroft retreat guests to relax and enjoy their retreat programs free of distractions. Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not necessary. Applicants must be able to work some weekends.

Part-time Food Service Staff:
Food Service Staff help to provide an excellent dining experience for Skycroft retreat guests in a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Staff participate in all aspects of food service at Skycroft by assisting with food preparation, serving meals and preparing the kitchen and dining areas for retreat guests. Some evenings and weekends required.
