Full-time Sous Chef (Morning Shift):
The Sous Chef provides meals for Skycroft camp and retreat guests by leading a shift team to prepare, cook and serve delicious food with excellent service. Essential qualifications include 5+ years of cooking experience, including institutional cooking (preparing meals for 200+ people at a time) and must be certified in sanitation and proper food handling (e.g. ServSafe Certification).
This is a full-time, salaried position with full benefits including health, dental and life insurance, retirement benefits, paid vacation and holidays.
Regular working hours for this position are 5:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Applicants must be able to work weekends.

The housekeeping team provides a clean, safe and welcoming environment, allowing Skycroft retreat guests to relax and enjoy their retreat programs free of distractions. Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not necessary. Applicants must be able to work some weekends.

Part-time Food Service Staff:
Food Service Staff help to provide an excellent dining experience for Skycroft retreat guests in a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Staff participate in all aspects of food service at Skycroft by assisting with food preparation, serving meals and preparing the kitchen and dining areas for retreat guests. Some evenings and weekends required.
