Compact Camp Registration Policies

Please note: At this time, we are only taking registrations for this event by phone or email. To register, please call the Skycroft office at 800-536-6759 or email skycroft@skycroft.org. Our offices hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:00.

Non-Refundable Deposit

**Churches originally scheduled for June and July Crossings’ sessions may transfer deposits to August Compact Camp upon registration.**

A $50 per person registration fee is required at the time of registration payable to Skycroft. Registration is on a first paid, first registered basis. 

 July 21 : Lowering Numbers w/o Penalty

The last day to lower your registration numbers (attendance count) without losing your deposit is 4 weeks prior to the event (drop date: Tuesday, July 21). 

14 Days Prior to Camp : Final Roster & Final Count

Complete rosters (including students and adult chaperones) are due to our office no less than 14 days prior to your arrival at camp.

Your final count is also due 2 weeks before your camp session begins. If you decrease your attendance numbers 13 days or less before camp, you will be charged in full for each person cancelled.

Final balance payments can be made by check or credit card and are due no later than check-in on the day of your arrival to camp.

Adult Volunteers

A 5:1 ratio of youth to adult is required.
