Ports of Call: Senior Adult Retreat

Come Cruise with Us!

May 21-23, 2018

Cruise with us as we explore new “Ports of Call” God is bringing into our lives. Enjoy three days of fun, learning,  a day-long “shore excursion,” doing hands-on mission work in Frederick. A perfect retreat for individuals, church groups, or clubs!

Cost is $90 per person and includes meals, a motel room (shared with another participant), and all activities.

Day 1

11:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Registration

12:00 p.m.: Lunch

1:00 p.m.: Worship Kick Off

3:00 p.m.: Breakout Sessions

4:30 p.m.: Free Time*

5:30 p.m.: Dinner*

6:45 p.m.: Worship Service: Music & Message

8:15 p.m. Fellowship Activities (Entertainment with Kenny Heath)

Day 2

7:30 a.m.: Breakfast*

9:00 a.m.: Morning Devotional

9:30 a.m. Missions Outreach Onsite & Offsite (w/lunch)

2:30 p.m.: Sightseeing off Campus

4:30 p.m. Free Time*

5:30 p.m.: Dinner*

6:45 p.m. Worship Service: Music & Message

8:15 p.m.: Fellowship Activities/HeBrews Coffee Shop Open* (Bingo in Hebrews)

Day 3

7:30 a.m.: Breakfast*

9:00 a.m.: Morning Devotional

10:30 a.m.: Closing Session

12:00 p.m.: Lunch*

1:00 p.m. Depart for Home

Registration is open to groups and individuals.

Ports of Call Registration Policies:

Non-Refundable Program Fee

The non-refundable fee is $90 per person payable to Skycroft. Registration is on a first-paid, first-registered basis. Cancellations will not result in a refund of your program fee.

Registration Deadline

The registration deadline is May 1, 2018.

Single Room Availability

Registrants may note their preference for a single occupancy room* when registering by phone. Cost for single-occupancy room is $115 per person and includes meals and all activities. 

*Please note: single rooms cannot be guaranteed and are contingent upon availability. After event registration has closed, any available rooms will be assigned on a first-registered, first-served basis.
