Housekeeper
Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in creating a comfortable, peaceful, and well-maintained environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Their attention to detail and pride in their work help ensure that guests can focus on what matters most, free from distractions.
Previous experience in facilities or cleaning is appreciated, but not required—we’re happy to train individuals who bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude. We are currently hiring for part-time positions on our housekeeping team.

Food Service Team Member
Food Service staff help provide an excellent dining experience for Skycroft retreat guests in a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Staff participate in all aspects of food service at Skycroft by assisting with food preparation, serving buffet-style meals and preparing the kitchen and dining areas for retreat guests.
Some weekdays and weekends required. Shifts generally run as follows: morning shift – 6:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.; mid-day – 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; afternoon shift – 1:30-8:00 p.m.

Lifeguard
Our Lifeguards play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and welcoming pool environment for campers and guests. From actively monitoring pool activities and responding quickly in emergencies to providing first aid when needed, you’ll help ensure everyone can enjoy their time in the water with confidence. Beyond safety, our Lifeguards take pride in keeping the pool area clean, organized, and guest-ready while delivering friendly, top-notch customer service.
If you’re a strong swimmer who loves working outdoors and being part of an energetic team, we’d love to hear from you! Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED certification is not required to apply, but must be obtained by Memorial Day.
Reliable transportation and availability on weekdays and weekends are required.
