Seasonal Groundskeepers
Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping spaces clean and well-maintained? This position may be for you! We’re currently seeking Seasonal Groundskeepers to help maintain safe, attractive grounds for our guests and campers. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, weeding, mulching, and clearing debris across recreation areas, trails, and outdoor spaces.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone comfortable operating landscaping equipment and performing physical tasks like lifting, raking, and hauling. The season runs April through October, with increased hours in the summer months. Standard hours are weekdays, Monday through Friday.
Bakers (Food Service Team, Part Time)
Our Bakers plays an important role in creating fresh, delicious treats that make each guest’s experience even more enjoyable. From cookies and cakes to other desserts, you’ll help prepare a variety of baked goods for campers and retreat guests in a fun, fast-paced kitchen environment.
This is a great entry-level opportunity—no extensive professional baking experience is required. We follow simple, established recipes designed for high-volume service, and we’re happy to train individuals who bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn. There’s also room for creativity when time allows! When needed, you may also assist with basic meal preparation, serving, and kitchen support tasks.
This part-time position with daytime shifts primarily scheduled on weekdays.
Lifeguard
Our Lifeguards play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and welcoming pool environment for campers and guests. From actively monitoring pool activities and responding quickly in emergencies to providing first aid when needed, you’ll help ensure everyone can enjoy their time in the water with confidence. Beyond safety, our Lifeguards take pride in keeping the pool area clean, organized, and guest-ready while delivering friendly, top-notch customer service.
If you’re a strong swimmer who loves working outdoors and being part of an energetic team, we’d love to hear from you! Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED certification is not required to apply, but must be obtained by Memorial Day.
Reliable transportation and availability on weekdays and weekends are required.
Housekeeper
Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in creating a comfortable, peaceful, and well-maintained environment for every guest who walks through our doors. Working behind the scenes, their attention to detail and pride in their work make a meaningful impact by allowing guests to focus on what matters most, free from distractions.
We are currently hiring part-time Housekeepers. Hours can be somewhat flexible, but Fridays and Sunday afternoons are our busiest times, so availability during at least some of those periods is essential.

Food Service Team Member
Food Service staff help provide an excellent dining experience for Skycroft retreat guests in a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Staff participate in all aspects of food service at Skycroft by assisting with food preparation, serving buffet-style meals and preparing the kitchen and dining areas for retreat guests.
Some weekdays and weekends required. Shifts generally run as follows: morning shift – 6:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.; mid-day – 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; afternoon shift – 1:30-8:00 p.m.

Recreation Team Member
Do you enjoy working outdoors, connecting with people, and creating fun, memorable experiences? Join our Recreation Team! In this role, you’ll lead guests and campers through exciting activities like zip lining, paintball, Bazooka Ball and ropes courses while helping create a safe, engaging environment rooted in excellent hospitality.
This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in an active setting and enjoys working with people. Responsibilities include preparing equipment, facilitating events, and following all safety guidelines. If you’re energetic, responsible, and love helping others have fun, we’d love to have you on our team!
Part-Time Cook
Our cooks play a key role in preparing quality meals that keep our guests and campers energized throughout their stay. Working alongside one of our lead cooks, you’ll assist with food preparation and help execute high-volume meals in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment.
This position is a great fit for someone with basic cooking experience and a desire to grow their skills. While experience in high-volume food service is a plus, we’re willing to train individuals who bring a strong work ethic, reliability, and interest in the field. Responsibilities may also include helping coordinate tasks with other kitchen team members to keep meal service running smoothly.
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling and shifts that vary throughout the day. Candidates with summer availability may be considered for a seasonal appointment. Hours may range from 20–30 per week depending on availability, with a mix of weekdays and weekends required.
