Reboot Registration

Please read the following registration policies before completing the registration form below:

1. Deposits for Reboot are $30 per person and are due at the time of registration. Your deposit holds your space for the retreat.

2. The last day to lower your registration count (attendance count) without losing your deposit is 45 days prior to the event. After that time, any cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit ($30) for the number of spots being dropped.

3. Your final roster (including students and adult chaperones) is due two weeks prior to the event. If you decrease your numbers 14 days or less before the event, you will be charged in full for each spot cancelled.
