Reboot Registration Policies & Dates

Please note: some of our registration policies have changed this year! Please carefully review the registration information below.

Non-Refundable Deposit

A $30 per person registration fee is required at the time of registration payable to Skycroft. Registration is on a first-paid, first-registered basis. The $30 registration fee is non-refundable, but is transferable to your balance until November 10. Entire group cancellations/withdraw from the event at this time will not result in a refund of your deposit.

November 10 :: Deadline to lower group numbers without penalty

The deadline to lower your registration count without penalty is November 10. After November 10, the non-refundable registration fee of $30/person is forfeited for any registration spots dropped. In other words, for spots dropped after November 10, the $30 registration fee associated with those canceled spots cannot be transferred to your camp balance.

December 10 :: Cancellation Fee

An additional $30 late cancellation fee will be incurred for each spot dropped after December 10. Additionally, when you decrease your registration count after December 10, initial registration fees paid for those canceled spots cannot be applied or transferred toward final balance due.

14 Days Prior to Camp :: Final Participant List, Final Count, Final Balance

Complete Participant Lists are due to our office no less than 14 days prior to your arrival at camp. If we do not receive your participant list by the due date you will incur a one-time $75 fee.

Your final count is also due 14 days before your Reboot session begins. If you decrease your attendance numbers 13 days or less before Reboot, you will be charged in full for each spot cancelled.

Final balances are preferred 14 days prior to your arrival, either through check or credit card. However, we will accept final payment upon check-in.

Adult Volunteers

A 5:1 ratio of youth to adult is required.

Winter Weather

Reboot takes place in January, a time of year where snow is a common occurrence. Reboot will run as planned in the event of snow/winter weather. Only in extreme winter weather scenarios would cancellation be considered and solely at Skycroft’s discretion.

Church groups attend Reboot from all over the mid-atlantic region (5+ states), traveling varying distances from different climates and weather circumstances. Where one part of our region may be experiencing inclement weather, other regions may be experiencing it more mildly or not at all.

By clicking below and accepting these terms, church groups registering for Reboot understand and agree that refunds will not be provided if a church chooses not to attend the event due to inclement weather (or any other circumstances) at their own discretion.
